The “I Love” virus.

(My Favorite Practice)

I Love….
is another wonderful important playful fun exercise, tool & practice to incorporate into your expanding joy.

It’s very simple, powerful, fun & healing.

As often as you desire & feel inspired to, tell yourself all the things you love about anything & EVERYTHING! Make a list too,– as looong as you like:-) Then, expand it, look at it often to remind yourself that you love so many things or, maybe just a few things a whole lot!  It’s all good, no rules, just your heart & Imagination!

Anytime I think of it, I say things like “I love driving on a sunny day listening to music”,  “I love going for walks.” “I love talking to friends on the phone”,When I shop I say “I love buying good delicious food”, “I love being in nature”, “I love writing to music, with our cat Mojo resting next to me”, “I love the beauty of flowers”, “I love being with friends & family”, “I love singing in a gospel choir with my wife”, “I love our aquarium.” “I love playing piano”,  “I love using my creativity” “I love being grateful and appreciative of all the little things” “I love inspiring others.” etc.

Teach this to your kids, friends, anybody who will listen! That’s being the change you love to be!

When you do such things, you are also telling Life, God, the Universe, your self, what you love.  In doing so, Life reflects this love back to you running & overflowing in a waterfall of love blessings, to you, others, the world.

Much like a Gratitude or Appreciation Journal,  this is another statement, declaration, announcement of intention of creating, recreating, sustaining, celebrating that which your spirit loves. It’s the emotional champagne elixir for y/our soul.

Do this with oceanic abundance and generosity.  This is part of your royal joy of abundant emotional affluence. (Which as a by product can lead to possible, probable, eventual financial abundance too.) You start it in your emotions and feelings and it spills & sprays all over, reflecting itself into the ocean of your experiences with more things to love.  It’s a totally contagious (Outrageous) “Love virus.” Spread it all over & help heal the world. It’s totally win win! Come on!  Dig it! This “I love” practice is a total blast!!!

It’s the emotional gourmet food that feeds your spirit, your soul, your joy with the love of Life.

Then you can proudly wear “Infected with the Love Virus” T-shirt.

Ride the wave of Love & never fear the consequences.

Bonus tip!
From the Dept. of Soul-utions

Now take anything you are not loving or liking & turn it around to what you do love & desire.  Example: Instead of “I don’t like having to do paper work, house cleaning…” say instead “I love being in a clean & orderly house.”  I’m not happy in my work say  “I love doing work I love.”  Relationships?  “I love being in great fulfilling relationships.”
Finances?  “I  love having plenty, or more than enough money etc.”

How about, “I love having so much wonderful joyous energy!”

The point is, you think, feel , focus on your loving desires.  Silly or not, at some point, if you are sincere in this, reality at some point will have to conform to your dominant feelings!  Allow life to conform & eventually confirm your feelings in it’s own way & time zone.  Your job, your play, is to practice lovingly moving into the “I love” ENERGY instead of “I hate”, or “I don’t like” energy.

You start to eventually become “I love!” as both an inner & outer expression of who you are.

You move from a “I don’t….” person to a “I LOVE” PERSON!

This is how we practice, exercise, to become professional  beautifully spiritually trained integrated healthy loving, joyous, peaceful actualizing Olympian potential athletes of life.

“I love having these problems resolved”
Focus more on what you love!
Now let the Universe do it’s magic. -M

P.S. Julie Andrews in the movie The Sound of Music sings “My favorite things” which is a wonderful delightful song with lyrics that imbibe the I Love practice. The Lyrics end:

“When the dog bites
When the bee stings
When I’m feeling sad
I simply remember my favorite things
And then I don’t feel so bad.”

Those favorite things included in the song are wonderful winter memories & when ever we hear or even think about this song it’s life reminding us, to remember & appreciate all the things we love, our favorite things what ever they be.

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens
Brown paper packages tied up with strings
These are a few of my favorite things

Cream colored ponies and crisp apple streudels
Doorbells and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles
Wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings
These are a few of my favorite things

Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes
Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes
Silver white winters that melt into springs
These are a few of my favorite things

When the dog bites
When the bee stings
When I’m feeling sad
I simply remember my favorite things
And then I don’t feel so bad.
